This 24-hour window is strictly observed for all refund considerations.

2. Refund for Timely Cancellation Bookings that are successfully cancelled within the stipulated 24-hour period are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. This means the total service fee will be returned to the customer.

3. Refund Processing and Credit For eligible cancellations, the refund process will be initiated immediately upon confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) working days for the credit to be processed by the bank and reflected in your account statement.

4. Non-Refundable Cancellations Any cancellation request submitted after the 24-hour post-booking confirmation period has elapsed will not be applicable for a refund. In such instances, the service booking will be considered final, and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
